- Discover Your DiSC® Management Style: Participants explore how their unique DiSC® profiles shape their approach to management, including their priorities and how to recognize the styles of those they lead.
- Directing and Delegating: Participants identify their strengths and areas for growth in giving direction and delegating tasks, then learn strategies to adapt to their team members' needs.
- Motivation: Participants examine how their DiSC® style influences their ability to motivate others, gaining skills to recognize what drives each individual and adjust their approach accordingly.
- Developing Others: Participants become aware of their natural tendencies when developing team members and learn how to tailor their methods to suit different DiSC® styles.
- Working with Your Manager: Participants develop ways to adjust their communication and working style to better connect with their supervisors, enhancing their influence and effectiveness.
This comprehensive program combines the DiSC® assessment, the Catalyst platform, and other interactive tools to deliver a customized learning journey. Managers build deeper self-awareness, develop stronger connections with employees and their own leaders, and master adaptive management techniques to be more effective.
After training, participants will have access to a variety of tools on the Catalyst platform, which we’ll cover during the session.
