The PXT Select™ Expert Practitioner Certification takes your clients' knowledge to a deeper level, giving them the content expertise and strategies they need to become an expert on how to implement this powerful tool in their workplace. Accessible from computer or tablet, this online program gives your clients the flexibility of self-paced learning paired with a live, virtual classroom experience that is engaging and immediately applicable in their workplace. Upon successful completion of this course, your clients will receive the credential of PXT Select™ Certified Practitioner.

Course Objectives:

Demonstrate an understanding of how PXT Select™ fits into an overall hiring process.
Demonstrate proficiency using the PXT Select™ assessment, performance models, and reports in candidate selection.
Demonstrate ability to effectively partner with stakeholders using PXT Select™ and be able to analyze an organization's needs and design the most appropriate PXT Select™ process.
Deepen their understanding of the PXT Select™ Assessment and selection reports.
The focus of this course is to give participants expertise and confidence to implement PXT Select™ within their organizations.

Program Components:

Self-directed online learning, three-week course
Weekly, 90-minute, instructor led, virtual sessions
Small group work and discussions to explore real-life scenarios
A Capstone presentation project to synthesize learning
Final Certification Exam

3 Live session, 90 minutes each
