Shipping / Handling Charges:

The charges are also designated on the shopping cart order form and are based on the total dollar amount of your order (before shipping and any tax). Standard shipping is 5-7 business days.

• Overnight orders must be received by 12:00 noon EST (Monday-Friday only) for next day delivery.
• Standard shipping/handling charges are doubled for overnight orders.

For international orders, the shipping/handling rates are doubled from the overnight orders rates.

Shipping/Handling charges*:

For orders over $1000, the standard shipping/handling is $10 for every $500 increment.

• $1001-$1500 = $45
• $1501-$2000 = $55
• $2001-$2500 = $65
• $2501-$3000 = $75
• $3001-$3500 = $85
• $3501-$4000 = $95

*There is a minimum $20 handling fee on ALL orders, no matter how small.

Exchanges/Returns:

TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc. accepts the return of a purchased item if it is returned within 15 days and the product has remained unopened and undamaged. The customer will receive a refund or exchange (if more acceptable with customer) from TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc. if the product arrives to us within 15 days and it has not been opened or damaged. If the item has been opened or damaged, and/or it is past 15 days of purchase, we do not accept the product for any exchange or refund.
