Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes. We use a secure server (SSL) and the latest encryption technology to keep your information safe. We use a third party financial institution, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process the transactions.

What is your return policy?

TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc. will accept a return for refund/exchange if the product is unopened, undamaged and returned within 15 days. See "Policies" Page for further details.

What are my payment options?

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We also accept checks, and we can invoice you for orders over $500 (invoices need to be paid within 30 days).

Are there any discounts?

We offer a discount for orders made online with a credit card. Quantity discounts are also available on some products where noted, but please contact us for additional information. As noted within the site, at any given time a particular product might also be highlighted for an additional discount.

What are my shipping options?

If you need overnight service, we do provide that option with a doubling of the shipping/handling charge.

What are the shipping/handling fees?

The charges are also designated on the order form and are based on the total dollar amount of your order (before shipping and any tax). Standard shipping is 5-7 business days.

  • 0 - $500 = $25
  • $501 - $1000 = $35

For orders over $1000, the shipping/handling is $20 for every $500 increment.

  • $1001-$1500 = $45
  • $1501-$2000 = $55
  • $2001-$2500 = $65
  • $2501-$3000 = $75
  • $3001-$3500 = $85
  • $3501-$4000 = $95
