Participants will complete The Five Behaviors Assessment

This program is designed for established teams. Drawing upon Patrick Lencioni's book and methodology, the curriculum employs the Everything DiSC assessment to address five essential behaviors of successful teams. Prior to enrollment, it is recommended to consider whether your group fulfills the criteria of a true team.

A true team consists of a small number of individuals (typically three to twenty) who have collaborated over time, meet regularly, and share collective responsibility for outcomes. Members align around common goals and mutually share the rewards and responsibilities associated with achieving them. It is important to distinguish between a group and a team. For instance, a group reporting to the same manager without significant interdependence or shared accountability does not constitute a team.

Groups that do not meet these standards may not fully benefit from this process. To achieve a competitive advantage, teams are encouraged to concentrate on five vital behaviors: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results.

The program is structured so that each module builds logically upon the preceding one, and participants engage in exercises designed to foster these behaviors collaboratively.

The program outline includes:

  • Module 1: Introduction
  • Module 2: Building Trust
  • Module 3: Mastering Conflict
  • Module 4: Achieving Commitment
  • Module 5: Embracing Accountability
  • Module 6: Focusing on Results
  • Module 7: Review and Action Plan

Each module is expected to last approximately 2-4 hours, with adjustments based on the depth of discussion required to achieve session objectives.

Teams will create action plans at the conclusion of each module, which will be documented and compiled for ongoing reference and development.
