This specialized training session offers structured facilitation supported by contemporary video materials to deliver a tailored learning experience. Attendees will develop a comprehensive understanding of their colleagues' behavioral styles, resulting in greater workplace effectiveness and productivity.

Class Agenda: Three Core Modules:

Module 1: Identify Your DiSC® Style:
Participants examine how DiSC® styles influence workplace interactions and investigate the priorities that shape their professional behavior.
Module 2: Analyzing Other DiSC® Styles:
Participants evaluate both the strengths and challenges encountered when collaborating with each distinct DiSC® style.
Module 3: Developing Strategies for More Productive Working Relationships:
Participants formulate action plans to address challenges that may arise when working with individuals of differing DiSC® styles.

Attendees will gain an enhanced appreciation for diverse work styles, which leads to improved collaboration and productivity. Further, participants receive guidance on effectively leveraging the Catalyst platform following the training.
