TRAINING SOLUTIONS, INC. Celebrates Its 12TH Anniversary!

Chantilly, VA. September 1, 2007

Fairfax County, VA-based TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc. celebrates its 12th anniversary! "We are so thankful for all of our customers who have confidence in our abilities to provide excellent customer service for the training programs and workforce/HR consulting services that they need," according to C. Michael Ferraro and Sharon Ferraro, co-owners of TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc.This past year was an exciting one for TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc.

They won a contract with the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan and were awarded a business trip to Mexico based on their high sales for Inscape Publishing (where TSI ranked in the top 20 out of 2,000 distributors worldwide). TSI was also hired last year to help Perot Government Systems roll out their new performance management system. Michael also was a session speaker at American Society for Training and Development's national conference.

Michael is a graduate of Leadership Fairfax, class of 1998. He is a member of the Public Policy Council for the American Society for Training and Development and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Northern Virginia Technology Council's TechPac, Marymount University's Board of Visitors and the Goodwill of Greater Washington board of directors. Michael previously sat on the executive committee of the Governor's Virginia Workforce Council and had been appointed by the Virginia General Assembly to the state committee studying workforce development and training resources throughout the Commonwealth. Michael is also the co-founder of the HR Leadership Awards of Greater Washington.

Sharon Ferraro is a graduate of Leadership Fairfax, class of 2003. She is a member of the board for Leadership Fairfax and on LFI's program committee. She is president of the board for MainStreet Child Development Center (a non-profit center for low income working families) and is a member of the board and chair of the advocacy committee for Fairfax Futures (focused on the imporance of early school readiness for children). She is a member of the Advisory Council and the nominating committee for the Northern Virginia Family Services CARE Awards.
