TRAINING SOLUTIONS, INC. Celebrates Its 15th Anniversary.

Fairfax County, Va.-based TRAINING SOLUTIONS, INC. (TSI) is celebrating its 15th anniversary this month.

"We are very excited to celebrate our company's 15th anniversary, especially when we are experiencing an increase of activity from all areas of our business: classroom training, product sales and consulting services," says Sharon Ferraro, Vice President. "With the economic climate improving somewhat, we now are seeing more companies focusing more attention on the importance of their employees' skills to improve job performance."

This year, TRAINING SOLUTIONS, INC. has expanded its product line of training programs by offering a wider selection of online training classes from two top publishers. These online sessions can be managed through the internet with no infrastructure costs for the client.

TRAINING SOLUTIONS is now partnering with another firm to provide clients with grant opportunities and tax credits in regard to receiving federal and state funding for training and hiring programs.

Earlier this year, C. Michael Ferraro (Pres/CEO) presented two sessions at the national conference for ASTD (American Society for Training and Development). Michael, along with the rest of the Congressional Conversations Team of ASTD, also was honored to receive the ASTD Volunteer-Staff Partnership Award.

In July, Michael was the co-recipient of an ACE (Achieving Chamber Excellence) Award given by the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce for his work as Co-Chair of the Chamber's Membership Committee.
