Fairfax County, VA-based TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc. celebrates its 10th anniversary! According to C. Michael Ferraro and Sharon Ferraro, officers of TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc., "We are very grateful to the community and our customers who have made TRAINING SOLUTIONS the success it is today and enabled us to reach this very critical milestone."

Both Michael and Sharon are very active in their community. Michael is a graduate of Leadership Fairfax, class of 1998. Michael sits on the executive committee of the Governor's Virginia Workforce Council and was recently appointed by the Virginia General Assembly to the state committee studying workforce development and training resources throughout the Commonwealth. Michael is the co-founder of the HR Leadership Awards of Greater Washington. He has also been appointed to the Public Policy Council for the American Society for Training and Development. Michael also serves as Chairman of the Management Team of the Metro Tech Project, a $20 million federally-funded workforce training program. He also sits on a variety of other boards, including the Northern Virginia Technology Council Foundation, Tower Club, Marymount University's Board of Visitors and the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce.

Sharon Ferraro is a graduate of Leadership Fairfax, class of 2003. She is president of Main Street Child Development Center (a non-profit center for low income working families) and is the treasurer of the new Fairfax Futures board (focused on the importance of early school readiness for children). She is a member of the Advisory Council for the Northern Virginia Family Services CARE Awards as well as the Program Committee for Leadership Fairfax.
