June 6, 2002 - The first HR Leadership Awards program took place at the McLean Hilton, Tysons Corner, VA, last night. This inaugural event captured the attention of over 325 attendees who enjoyed the evening's award presentations.

C. Michael Ferraro, President/CEO of TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc., was the founding co-chair of this event. He partnered with the president of Marymount University to bring together 25 volunteers who developed and organized an outstanding event.
