Election of C. Michael Ferraro, CEO OF TRAINING SOLUTIONS, INC.

C. Michael Ferraro, President/CEO of TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc., has been elected to the Board of Trustees of the
Northern Virginia Technology Council's TechPAC.
TechPAC is NVTC's Political Action Committee which supports the NVTC Board's pro-technology, pro-business
agenda relative to the Commonwealth of Virginia. As a TechPAC Trustee, Ferraro will be working on behalf of
Northern Virginia's technology community to educate and evaluate candidates for state office with a goal of
identifying and supporting those candidates who champion the policy priorities of NVTC and its membership.
Ferraro has had several leadership positions at NVTC, including member the Board of Directors of the organization,
member of the Board of Trustees of the Equal Footing Foundation and Chairman of the Workforce Development Committee.
Ferraro says "I am very excited about the opportunity to help lead the Council's advocacy efforts, especially
during this very important political season."
