Sharon Ferraro, Vice President of TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc., has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Leadership Fairfax

Fairfax County, Virginia. Sharon Ferraro, VP of TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc., has been appointed to the board of directors of Leadership Fairfax, Inc. LFI is a non-for-profit organization established in 1987 to provide programs and opportunities that enhance the quality of life in Fairfax County by developing its current and emerging leaders at the county, state and regional level. Sharon is also a graduate of Leadership Fairfax, Class of 2003. "I'm very excited and honored to be more involved with such an important organization and an amazing group of people. LFI's commitment to leadership in this community is inspiring."

Sharon has been involved in community issues for many years, and she is currently also:

President of Main Street Child Development Center
Treasurer of Fairfax Futures
Advisory council member for Northern Virginia Family Service's CARE Award program and a member of its nominating committee

Sharon and her husband, Michael, have owned TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc., for over 11 years.
