At the annual business conference for Inscape Publishing Company (formerly Carlson Learning Company), TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc. was given the following awards:

• Diamond Award, for achieving one of the highest sales categories for 2000.
• Four Star Distributor Award for recruiting more than 20 new distributors during 2000.
• Sponsor of the Year Award for recruiting the most new distributors during 2000.

C. Michael Ferraro, President/CEO of TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc., was also a speaker during the conference at three educational sessions. One session was the Diamond Panel, which enabled some of the top distributors to share their successful techniques with the audience. Another session enabled Michael to share his strategies for success in being the top recruiter three years in a row. The third session had Michael in a leadership role with the field managers, helping to determine the path for 2001.
