MetroTech elects new Chairman for Management Board
Herndon, Virginia - MetroTech, a 20. 2 million dollar regional workforce program funded
by the U.S. Department of Labor is designed to fund tailored training required by recently
dislocated workers in order to reenter the Information and/or Biotechnology fields.
The project operates in the metropolitan D.C. region and is governed by a private
sector-led Management Board.
The election of C. Michael Ferraro, President of TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc., and a
Board Member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council as the group's new Chairman
recognizes Mr. Ferarro's vast workforce knowledge and his familiarity with the
training needs of the region's Information Technology and Biotechnology employers.

The Northern Virginia Technology Council as the region's largest technology association
