Inscape's certification program is based on the Everything DiSC® Facilitation System. Ferraro achieved Certified DiSC Trainer status by completing extensive coursework on the DiSC behavioral model, applying his knowledge in the market, and successfully completing a rigorous one-on-one practical examination.
