In February 1999, Sharon left her position as Vice President of Member Services for the Personal Communications Industry Association to join her husband at TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc. as their business continues to grow. Sharon is currently the vice chairperson of the board for the Main Street Development Center, a non-profit day care center for families and children in need in the Fairfax, Virginia area. She is also a first grade religious instruction teacher for her parish. She has over 20 years of business management, marketing and supervisory experience, highlighted by 15 years in the association management industry.
