Focus Point™ is a new, paper-based DiSC® instrument
incorporating the latest research in a 4-color, easy-to-use format.
By understanding how our thoughts and feelings drive our behavior,
Focus Point™ is a practical self-assessment that helps people
bring their thoughts and emotions into clearer focus, reflect on
their personalized feedback, and develop a personal action plan to
move toward positive results. Designed around a unique
"Focus/Reflect/Act" learning model, Focus Point™ is a powerful way
to help people increase their emotional intelligence in everyday
situations.
Contains Two Response Forms
Focus Point™ contains two response forms to give people
insight into their behavior in different situations. Use it to
compare and contrast behaviors and emotions in a wide variety of
situations such as:
- A previous job; a current job
- A troubling situation; a comfortable situation
- Working on Team A; working on Team B
Whether you are introducing DiSC®, or reinforcing DiSC®
learning, Focus Point™ offers a new response format, user-friendly
design, and detailed feedback in five key areas. It provides
