This training program will provide your employees with the tools they need to recognize,
respond to, and resolve difficult interactions that can stem from individual and cultural
differences. Unfortunately, these kinds of situations can lead to strained relationships
- even hostile environments, complaints and lawsuits.

There is a video program that is integrated into this class. The six vignettes approach
sensitive issues without shame, blame or negative stereotyping and will show your
employees where respect for differences meets common sense.
Each employee will receive a participant's binder, which will include discussion
questions and activities.
Through our team approach to learning, the customization we provide for the individual
exercises and small group activities, we provide a fun, motivating approach for your employees.
This program is presented in a half-day format.
